Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Location: Montgomery, Minnesota
Schedule: Part-Time | Onsite Only
Population: PreK–12 (caseload varies by assignment)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to join a supportive educational team in Montgomery, Minnesota. This is an onsite-only, school-based position serving students from PreK through 12th grade. You will play a key role in helping students build the functional and developmental skills needed to succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate students to assess OT needs within the educational environment

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services to students

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and team-based planning discussions
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Active Minnesota OT license (or ability to obtain)

Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
-
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
