School Speech Language Pathologist - Belfast, ME

Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for clinical fellowship
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Willingness to travel between school sites as part of your daily routine
- Commitment to in-person service delivery (teletherapy is not an option)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of approximately 10-15 students
- Participate in evaluations, screenings, and IEP meetings according to district requirements
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to best support student achievements
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to student needs from PreK through high school
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in accordance with compliance standards
- Provide expert recommendations for modifications and classroom strategies
