Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for an on-site position in Belfair, WA. This full-time opportunity involves providing direct services to students while collaborating with educational staff to support communication and academic success. We are looking for candidates who can step into the role confidently and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students in-person
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to staff and families
Qualifications
- Active Washington SLP license (required)
- CCC-SLP certification (required)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passionate about helping students achieve communication goals
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
