Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Upper Campus (Belfair, WA)
Hours: 37.5 – 40 hours per week
Caseload: Up to 50 students
Location: Belfair School District, WA
Grade Levels: 6th – 12th grade + High School Transition Program
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to students at our upper campus, serving grades 6 through 12 as well as the High School Transition Program. The SLP will work closely with students, families, and staff to support communication development and functional skills necessary for academic and life success.
Primary Duties:

Deliver speech and language services tailored to individual student needs across grades 6-12 and the HS Transition Program

Manage a caseload of no more than 50 students

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain compliant documentation

Support students’ communication and social skills development to promote educational and transition goals
Qualifications:

Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and credentials

Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred

Strong skills in collaboration and communication within educational teams
