ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected school district in Washington State for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students across multiple campuses, with a focus on grades 6–12 and a specialized high school transition program. Whether you’re local or providing services remotely, we have support systems in place to help you thrive.

Position Duties:
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy (in-person or remote)
-
Conduct evaluations and write treatment plans
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
-
Address a range of needs including articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and transition-focused goals

Collaborate closely with school staff and families to promote student growth
Built-In Support:

One on-site SLPA available for remote SLPs

Paraeducator support in the building for assistance during therapy sessions

Highly communicative and organized school team

Consistent collaboration across all campuses
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active WA SLP license (or ability to obtain)

ASHA CCCs preferred; strong Clinical Fellow candidates will be considered

School-based experience is a plus but not required
-
Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
