Schedule: 37.5–40 Hours/Week
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a secondary-level student population across several school programs for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time contract position with strong support, manageable caseload size, and flexibility for in-person or remote delivery.
The ideal candidate is confident working with older students, has strong organizational skills, and values being part of a collaborative, student-centered team.
Position Summary:

Student Needs: Includes students in a High School Transition Program focused on post-secondary readiness
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy and consultation services aligned with student IEP goals
Complete evaluations and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with IEP team members
Address a range of communication needs including articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, and pragmatic/social skills
Support students with functional communication, particularly those in transition services
Support Model:
If the SLP is working remotely, the district will assign an SLPA on-site for therapy facilitation
Paraeducator support is available to assist with logistics and technology during remote sessions
Strong administrative and team collaboration provided throughout the assignment
Candidate Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain
ASHA CCCs preferred (strong CF candidates may be considered)
School-based experience is a plus, but not required
Must be comfortable managing a caseload across multiple school sites
