ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and collaborative team for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across multiple school sites within a unified upper campus environment. About the Position:
The SLP will be providing services to students in grades 6 through 12, including those in a High School Transition Program that focuses on post-secondary readiness. The role includes rotation between several school programs, offering either in-person or remote services based on the candidate's location and the district's needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and/or virtual speech and language therapy services

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs

Participate in IEP meetings and ensure accurate documentation and compliance

Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers
-
Support transition-aged students with functional communication and life-skills-focused therapy
-
Provide services across a range of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
Caseload Details:
-
Caseload will not exceed 50 students
-
Students may range from mild to moderate communication needs
-
Full compliance with district and state guidelines is expected
Support and Supervision Structure:
-
The SLP will provide supervision for one SLPA, ideally on-site
-
For remote SLPs, a paraeducator will be available in the building to assist with the delivery of services

The SLP will be integrated into a collaborative team of educators and specialists focused on student development
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Washington State SLP license or eligibility to obtain

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs may be considered with strong clinical skills
-
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
