Details:
- Location: Belfair, WA
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $50+ per hour
- Caseload: Age group and caseload to be determined. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit.
Requirements – Applicants Must Meet All Local and State Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active Washington State Department of Health SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate issued by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates with strong early childhood experience may be considered
- Previous experience working with early learners in school-based or clinical settings is strongly preferred
- Must pass all district-required background checks and clearances
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech and language therapy to students in K–12 settings
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using teletherapy platforms
- Develop and manage IEPs in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Regularly consult with educators, parents, and support staff
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs in a virtual environment
