- Pay Range: $50–$55/hour (based on experience and credentials)
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy

Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Document student progress and maintain compliance with service plans

Provide support to ensure student success in academic and social settings
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP license in Maryland
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
