Provide specialized speech-language pathology services across multiple school settings in the Beaverton, OR, area, supporting students from elementary through high school. This role offers flexibility with assignments that can be split between Mountainside High School, Findley Elementary, and ISC programs, with the possibility to combine caseloads for a full-time position. Internal support is available to assist with the workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring aligned with district policies.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student communication skills.
- Manage caseloads at assigned schools including Mountainside High School, Findley Elementary, William Walker ISC, Beaverton High School ISC, and Southridge High School ISC.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Oregon licensure issued by the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in school settings preferred, with 0 to 10+ years across varying pay scales.
- Ability to work onsite within the Portland metro area, with flexible scheduling options.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for a diverse student population.
Position Details:
- Contract role starting as soon as possible through June 2026.
- Part-time options available: 0.5 FTE at Mountainside HS, 0.6 FTE at Findley Elementary, or combined to 1.0 FTE.
- ISC program assignment from March 12, 2026, to April 22, 2026.
- On-site work mandated.
