Job Description:
Vocovision is looking for a contract position- Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this remote role, you will be providing online therapy services to children with a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delays, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young clients’ lives from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech therapy for children with various communication disorders

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans

Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools to deliver engaging therapy sessions

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to monitor progress and goals

Document treatment plans, progress, and goals
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
-
Active state licensure
-
Previous experience working with children in a therapeutic setting preferred

Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms
STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: -
SLI: Ed Sign Language Interpreter license. Also *OR SLIs are required to have an EIPA score of 3.5 or above or hold RID/ NIC, AND either hold a bachelor’s/ associate’s degree from an interpreter Education program in a related educational field, or achieve a passing score on the EIPA written test. Candidates cannot begin with pending licensure

SLPs cannot begin with pending License (direct and indirect serv) 3.3.23. If a candidate holds an educator cert issued prior to 7/1/16, only the educator cert is required. Otherwise, only the state license is required.

SLPA tele supervision is allowed 335-095-0010

Candidates can work with a pending teaching cert for up to 90 days from the date the application was submitted if the school allows.
