School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Humble, Texas
A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting in Humble, TX. This role is designed to support a diverse group of students across multiple grade levels throughout the contract school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs
- Manage caseloads including varied groups such as middle school students (50 in 5th-6th grade), self-contained classes (25 students in 7th-8th grade), and smaller high school groups (6 students in 9th grade, 4 students in other grades)
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet unique challenges, including working with students who may be difficult to engage
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification for school settings (SLP - School)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working within K-12 educational environments with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to build partnerships
- Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
