Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing services in a school setting, whether onsite or via teletherapy
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop and manage IEPs, and implement targeted interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Provide both direct and consultative services based on students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results to help inform student plans
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized input to support each learner’s development
