Summer Speech-Language Pathologist Opening K12 Support in Bath, ME
A collaborative school district near Bath, ME is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a summer assignment. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working in a supportive educational environment and wants to make an impact while keeping their clinical skills sharp during the break.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students attending summer programming

Support IEP goals through direct services and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care

Complete documentation in alignment with district and state requirements
-
Participate in team meetings and adjust therapy as needed based on student progress
Qualifications:
-
Maine Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Experience in school-based settings is a plus
-
Strong communication and adaptability for working with a condensed caseload and timeline
Job Overview:

Part-time, on-site summer position

Typically runs June through early August (exact dates based on district schedule)

Caseload includes a range of communication needs across elementary to high school
