The role involves working with grades 9 through 12, providing speech-language services to a group of 17 students over a two-day workweek. This is a contract position for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working with high school students (grades 9-12) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a part-time (2 days/week) contract basis.
