Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Bastrop, TX (2025–2026 School Year)
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based role in the Bastrop, Texas area. This position is for the 2025–2026 school year and provides an excellent opportunity to support a diverse student population in a collaborative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students in both English and Spanish
-
Develop and implement culturally and linguistically appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
-
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
-
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on bilingual language development
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all state and district requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
-
Valid Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)

Completion of background check and fingerprint clearance per district standards

School-based experience preferred
