School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team of school-based professionals. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to help students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals.

Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
-
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist and required teaching certifications

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
