Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time itinerant role during the 2025–2026 school year. This position involves working across multiple school sites (up to three) within a supportive district environment, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, with the primary caseload focused on middle and high school students.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and re-evaluations

Develop individualized IEP goals and deliver therapy services (individual and group)

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Consult with staff on best practices for supporting communication needs in the classroom

Manage scheduling and travel between assigned schools

Stay current with legal guidelines and evidence-based practices in school-based therapy
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)

Licensed or eligible for licensure in [State]

ASHA CCC preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
