ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is an itinerant position, with responsibilities spread across up to three schools, working with K–12 students, with a primary focus on middle and high school populations.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
-
Conduct assessments to determine student eligibility and therapy needs
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and student planning sessions

Document progress and maintain accurate service records

Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and other service providers

Travel efficiently between assigned school sites

Serve as a communication resource for the district, families, and staff
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in [State]
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

Experience working with school-aged children preferred
-
Ability to work independently across multiple school sites

Strong time management and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation required for itinerant travel
