Pay Rate: $40-$55/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Days: Monday–Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to support the School District for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time elementary caseload position serving mild/moderate speech-only students in the Bakersfield, CA area. The district utilizes the SIRAS IEP system and provides support for CFY candidates, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows.
Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Manage a mild/moderate caseload of speech-only students
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide case management for assigned students
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation using the SIRAS IEP system
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (or eligibility)
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload and case management responsibilities
