Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Bailey, CO
Location: Bailey, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Start Date: December 1, 2025 | End Date: End of School Year (June 2026)
Caseload: Elementary and K–12
We are currently interviewing for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) openings within a supportive and collaborative school district located in the beautiful mountain community of Bailey, CO. This is an excellent opportunity to join a district that values communication, teamwork, and student growth.
One position may serve as a 12-week leave coverage, while the second is anticipated to continue through the entire school year. Both roles will be based onsite, with no travel between districts.
Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across elementary and K–12 grade levels.

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, language, and pragmatic skills.

Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s communication needs.

Provide progress monitoring and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Support social communication goals and strategies to help students build confidence and success in both academic and social settings.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.

Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs welcome to apply with supervision available).

Experience with school-based caseloads strongly preferred, especially with students on IEPs.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
