Now Hiring: Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Avondale, AZ
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Avondale, AZ for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on supporting students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade to develop critical speech and language skills in a nurturing educational environment.
Experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship are available.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for K–8 students
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and small group settings

Address communication needs including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic and social communication challenges
-

Collaborate with educators, special education staff, families, and administrators
-
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply with supervision provided

Experience with school-aged children preferred
