Key Duties:

Evaluate and treat speech/language needs in PreK–5
-
Prepare IEP documentation and progress reports

Coordinate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Arizona Licensure & Certification You’ll Need:
-
Master’s in SLP
-
AZDHS SLP license + ADE PreK–12 SLP certificate
-
Valid Arizona DPS IVP fingerprint card
Preferred Qualifications:
ASHA CCC-SLP, school-based experience, excellent communication and documentation abilities.
