School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Avon Public Schools – Avon, MA 02322

School Year: 2025–2026
Starting Pay: From $45/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Are you passionate about helping students communicate effectively and confidently? Avon Public Schools is seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Clinical Fellows (CFs), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2025–2026 school year.
We welcome professionals who are collaborative, student-focused, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs/CFs)
-
Valid Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

SLPA applicants must hold a current Massachusetts license

Commitment to serving school-aged children in an educational setting
