ProCare Therapy is working closely with school districts throughout Massachusetts to fill several school-based Speech-Language Pathologist positions for the upcoming academic year. These roles are ideal for SLPs seeking to make a measurable impact on student success and communication development in a supportive educational setting.
Key Details:

Start Date: August 2025

Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
-
Caseload: PreK–12, assigned based on experience and preference

Location: In-person positions across urban, suburban, and rural areas
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
-
Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
-
Deliver direct services to students individually or in small groups
-
Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and parents
-
Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs strongly preferred (CFs considered with supervision)
-
Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not required
