Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Multiple Elementary School Sites – New York
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services to elementary-aged students with diverse communication needs. This position is full-time, operating during standard school hours, and spans multiple elementary campuses within the district.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current NY state license or eligibility
Prior school-based experience preferred
Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ goals
Collaborate with school staff to support student learning
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Serve as a communication resource for families and educators
Caseload:
Elementary students across three school buildings
Wide range of speech and language communication needs
