ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time opportunity serving students from PreK through 8th grade at the William Cannon Campus, including Real Learning Academy and SciTech Prep Middle School.
Position Details
- Position: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Austin, TX
- Start Date: July 27, 2026
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Pay Rate: $45+/hour
- Caseload: Approximately 30–50 students
- Age Group: PreK–8th Grade
Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual speech-language therapy services in Spanish and English
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other school staff to support student success

Qualifications
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with evaluations, ARDs, and school-based services preferred
