Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site with 1 Remote Day Per Week
Start Date: November/December 2025 – End of School Year
Caseload: School-based, details provided during interview
License/Certification: Active TX SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred, CFs considered
Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position in the Austin, TX area. This role offers a unique hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day per week.
Responsibilities:

Provide evaluations, therapy, and case management for a school-based caseload

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals

Develop and implement IEP goals and maintain compliance with school and state requirements

Provide both direct and indirect therapy services
Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome

Strong organizational and communication skills
