ProCare Therapy is working with school districts across Minnesota to recruit passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year. About the Role
SLPs play a vital role in supporting students with communication challenges that impact learning and social engagement. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and special education teams to develop and implement individualized speech-language goals. Opportunities are available in areas such as Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Duluth, and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans based on student needs

Deliver speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy methods accordingly

Collaborate on IEP development and participate in eligibility and team meetings

Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with Minnesota Department of Education standards
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one)

Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

Strong understanding of IEP procedures and school documentation systems

Must pass state background checks and fingerprinting
