Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapeutic services in a K-12 school setting serving students aged 5 to 22 years. This role focuses on supporting individuals with high-needs autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities within a therapeutic day school environment.

End Date: May 29, 2026
Schedule: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status required
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Skilled in teletherapy and traditional school-based speech-language therapy practices
- Comfortable working with students with complex developmental and communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and share insights
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Engage with families and caregivers to foster communication goals beyond the school setting
