Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

An elementary school in Aurora, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position starting ASAP. This role supports students in grades K-6 with speech and language needs, serving approximately 40-45 students on the caseload. The position is approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with options for onsite or teletherapy (Voco) service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions targeting articulation and language development
- Manage a caseload of 40-45 elementary students (K-6)
- Deliver therapy services in both onsite and virtual environments as needed
- Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals
Qualifications:
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement for the state of Illinois
- Skills and experience with Pediatrics, School-based speech therapy, Teletherapy, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
Contract Details:
- 30-day initial contract with potential for renewal based on need
