Requirements:
• Illinois SLP license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience strongly valued
Typical Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to students
• Develop treatment plans based on individual student needs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state/district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Offer group and individual therapy sessions as needed
