ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Aurora, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This role primarily serves an elementary caseload, with additional support for high school students, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact communication development at multiple stages.
Become part of a collaborative and student-centered school team focused on delivering high-quality speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy (individual and group) for:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social language development
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

Experience with elementary and/or high school students is a plus

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
