Certified Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

This full-time position extends through the end of the school year, offering the chance to work onsite with a dynamic and diverse student population ranging from mild to severe needs.
The primary caseload consists of both elementary and high school students, providing a variety of experiences and the ability to make a meaningful difference at several developmental stages. While onsite professionals are preferred, there may be flexibility for highly qualified virtual candidates (Voco); however, current openings are not available for Clinical Fellows. Professionals with a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license is required and must be on hand.
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including mild to severe needs.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize caseloads primarily consisting of elementary and high school students.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
- Open to traveling as required by assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Support and implement interventions for a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Conduct therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
- Attend meetings and provide input regarding student progress and goals.
- Participate in IEP processes and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring.
