School-Based SLP | Denver, Colorado
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is based in the northern Denver suburbs, within a well-respected district that serves approximately 7,000 students across 16 sites. The role focuses primarily on Pre-K through 8th grade at a school catering to mild to moderate speech and language needs, with an average caseload of 40 students, including about 10 preschoolers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes
- Provide direct therapy minutes tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
- For candidates in their Clinical Fellowship, the district offers supervision throughout the process
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility through the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
- Currently hold or be actively pursuing CDE licensure; please specify your licensure status when applying
- Background working with mild to moderate needs in school settings
- New graduates and tenured professionals welcome to apply

Interview Process:
- Initial 15-30 minute screening via Teams with the Director of Integrated Services (primarily scheduled Mondays and Fridays)
- Followed by a 30-45 minute panel interview, preferably in person but flexible arrangements available
