Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school team in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time, school-year contract offering excellent pay, benefits, and professional support.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Employment Type: Local W-2 or Travel Contract
Compensation Options:
-
Local Path (W-2 through Blazer Jobs): $53 – $58 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Travel Path (W-2 with Benefits): Weekly gross $1,700 – $1,950 (depending on stipends and hours worked)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
-
Conduct evaluations and interpret results for eligibility and programming decisions
-
Develop and implement IEPs aligned with district and state requirements
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
-
Maintain detailed service logs and student progress reports
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred; CFs considered
-
Previous school-based experience highly valued
