Job Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to students in a Aurora, Colorado area school district. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while still supporting K–12 students with communication needs.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual evaluations, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice assessments

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and state requirements

Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions for students in K–12

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and assessments
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student outcomes
-
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and professional development sessions
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (will consider strong CFs with supervision available)
-
At least 1 year of experience in a school-based setting (preferred)

Tech-savvy and comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital tools
-
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
-
Must provide or obtain professional liability insurance

Caseload Details

Caseload includes students with varying needs in grades K–12

Number of students and direct/indirect service hours will be discussed based on district placement
