Compensation Packages
Local Candidates (Aurora area)

Hourly Pay Range: $53 – $62/hr

Weekly pay through direct deposit

Full-time schedule aligned to the school calendar
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Hourly Range (after stipends): $63 – $70/hr

Weekly Take-Home: $1,800 – $2,100

Package includes a lower taxable base rate with tax-free housing and meal stipends

Job Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language services to students across a range of grade levels

Conduct evaluations and write progress reports

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth

Maintain compliance with IDEA and Colorado state guidelines
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility before start date)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs with strong school practicum may be considered

School-based experience preferred

Ability to pass background and reference checks
