Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Aurora, CO
Blazer Jobs is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time, school-based position in Aurora, Colorado. Compensation Packages
We provide clear, competitive pay structures:
Local Candidates (Aurora/Denver area)

Pay Range: $49 – $56 per hour

Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $63 – $70 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,800 – $2,100
-
Compensation structured with a lower taxable hourly rate plus tax-free stipends for housing and meals

Travel support and relocation assistance provided

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Deliver direct therapy to students across grade levels

Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families
-
Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Colorado SLP license (or eligibility before assignment begins)

ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates also welcome
-
School-based experience highly preferred
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Must pass district background check
