Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Contract
Location: Aurora, CO
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Aurora, CO. This district is seeking a dedicated professional to support students’ communication and language development needs. Renewal opportunities may be available based on performance and district needs.
Responsibilities include:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
-
Provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans as needed
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and communication
-
Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license and required state certifications
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
