Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Aurora Public Schools team. This in-person role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders, while working collaboratively with teachers, families, and school teams to support academic and social success. You will provide therapy in both individual and small-group settings and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs

Document services and track student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Minimum 1–2 years of school-based experience (CFs considered)

Strong collaboration and communication skills
