School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aurora, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Local W-2 Contract
Pay Range: Starting at $49/hr
Blazer Jobs is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in the Aurora, CO area for the 2025–2026 school year. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time roles, offering flexibility and comprehensive support to clinicians who are passionate about making a difference in student lives.
Position Overview:
As a school-based SLP, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary special education team to provide therapeutic services, complete evaluations, contribute to IEPs, and support students with a wide range of speech and language needs across grade levels.

Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week

Weekly pay: 36–44/hour (based on experience)

Clinical support and mentorship provided
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
-
Conduct assessments and evaluations
-
Write and update IEPs in compliance with Colorado regulations

Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff

Track and document student progress and services
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Colorado SLP License (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Must pass background and fingerprint clearance
