Pay Range: Local: $49–$56/hour | Travel: $1,800–$2,100 weekly (equivalent to $63–$70/hour)
Blazer Jobs is hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to serve school districts in Aurora, CO. This full-time role is open to both local candidates seeking consistent school-year placements and travel clinicians interested in flexible contracts with competitive compensation.
Position Overview:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students with a variety of communication challenges. Collaborate with special education teams to develop IEPs, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy individually and in groups

Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations

Develop and maintain IEPs according to Colorado state and district guidelines

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Colorado SLP license or eligibility
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered
-
Prior school-based experience preferred
-
Must pass background and fingerprint clearance
