You'll engage with a diverse caseload of 30-50 students, addressing a wide range of speech and language needs. This contract position runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule and the opportunity to see the progress you inspire—week after week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligibility for SLP CCC credentials preferred
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable managing a caseload of students across grades K-8
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy (individual and group)
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student educational goals
- Engage in school-based activities as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
