A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available at an elementary school in South Portland, ME. Qualifications:
- Valid Maine SLP/A certification
- Current Child Health and Rehabilitation Credentials (CHRC)
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings
- Preferred certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Ability to conduct teletherapy sessions as needed
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized speech-language therapy for students
- Implement developmentally appropriate intervention plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student communication goals
- Provide services via teletherapy when required
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district policies
