About the Role
You’ll work within school-based settings providing speech, language, and communication services to students in need—from evaluations and therapy to IEP support and progress monitoring. With a manageable caseload and access to a collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what matters most: helping students find their voice and succeed in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Deliver direct therapy services based on student needs

Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

Monitor and document student progress and maintain service logs

Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
