Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel contract position based in Tallahassee, Florida. This full-time, school-based assignment offers a weekly take-home pay of $1,582, along with comprehensive benefits and individualized support from both your recruiter and our Special Education Advisory Team.

About the Role

You’ll work within school-based settings providing speech, language, and communication services to students in need—from evaluations and therapy to IEP support and progress monitoring. With a manageable caseload and access to a collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what matters most: helping students find their voice and succeed in the classroom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Deliver direct therapy services based on student needs

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

  • Monitor and document student progress and maintain service logs

  • Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
