Pay: $37 - $43+ /hour

Job Requirements:

  • Active Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Speech-Language Pathologist certification

  • Compliance with Washington state and district fingerprinting and background checks

  • Experience working with students who have severe emotional and behavioral needs is required

  • Familiarity with IEP development and team collaboration in school-based settings

Job Duties:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with severe emotional and behavioral needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ communication goals

  • Collaborate closely with special education teachers, behavior specialists, and mental health teams

  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

  • Maintain detailed service documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

  • Fully onsite position, no virtual/remote work options
