I'm currently partnering with a welcoming and supportive school district in Federal Way, WA that’s looking to bring on more than one full-time SLP or CFY for the upcoming school year. About the Role:

Full-time, on-site position

Caseload with mild to moderate needs

Supportive district team and a collaborative environment

Strong focus on individualized care and student growth
What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting evaluations and speech-language assessments
-
Creating and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student

Collaborating with teachers, families, and IEP teams
-
Maintaining documentation and contributing to IEP meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Active WA SLP License
- ESA Certification
- SLPs or CFYs
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Someone passionate about helping students succeed through communication
