Location: Auburn, WA
Dates: 2024-2025 School Year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team for the 2024-2025 school year in Auburn, WA. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, contributing to their academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Caseload: Details will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous self-improvement.
Pay Rate: TBD based on experience and qualifications.
