Sunbelt Staffing, a leading education and healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to a school district.This is a contract position for the upcoming academic year, offering a great opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
-
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies to support student progress
-
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
-
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred

Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Strong organizational and time management skills
